Licenses can be activated using a promo code or a CD key via a form and a mobile application. The client fills in the required data (application, name, surname, phone, email, hwid) and his application is registered. Subsequently, a license number is generated, which together with hwid and email is used to identify him. Once approved, the license becomes active.
The client learns about the status of the license via system e-mails. The license database is directly connected to the invoicing system in the IS and the system thus also displays payment data. The system can be set up for payments via a payment gateway and connected to the Fakturoid invoicing system.
The administration has an extensive API that is used to automate the entire system. In the module for working with clients you will find a detailed overview of all license information, including new applications. It is possible to activate and deactivate licenses here and set trial restrictions for different modules, for example.
You can also enable or disable automatic application updates. System email templates can be set up for clients, including the use of placeholders for personalization individual e-mail messages. In clear statistics, you can monitor not only the status of licenses, but also the logging of client devices, including a description of the action that was performed. The administration also contains a module for working with CD keys (promo codes) and a module for backing up applications.
From one Internet browser you have access to the complete system administration and you can see an overview of all used licenses and clients.
