The users of the system are divided into three groups, which have different permissions to work with the application.
These groups are divided into Administrator, Security, Client

The administrator has full rights and can interfere with all application settings

The security is the parking attendant and thus has access to vehicle registration, payment statement and inspection of parked vehicles.

Clients have access to current statistics and the status of their account

Clients are generated a ticket with a barcode that is machine readable. The security guards can easily find out the time of arrival and can assess the payment or a possible fine.

The application is very intuitive and everyone will learn to work with it. The security guards see the current occupancy of the entire car park and can thus correctly route new arrivals. At the beginning of the shift, you can enter the number of vehicles already parked in the application and thus solve the problem with overnight parking. The advantage of the whole system is that it works with one central database, so it is possible to use more devices for one car park, which will work together.
After agreement, it is possible to connect the application to your already functioning internal system.

TRY THE APPLICATION

The most important controls are on the taskbar. Thanks to the large icons, the operation is very good even in low light conditions.

You can easily register and try everything right away. The application will ask you for personal information and a nine-digit numeric password, which will be used to log in later.

Each time you log in again, all you have to do is enter your nine-digit password and you don't have to fill in anything else.

After logging in, the application tells itself about the number of parked vehicles and the status of money in the cash register. This makes it easy to deal with worker shifts and overnight parking.

At the end of working hours, just end the shift and the system will take care of everything itself.

The application is equipped with a QR code reader. You will print the code when the vehicle arrives, and you only need to scan for departure or repeated arrivals. You can easily solve the imposition of fines.

All functions of the application are available from one clear menu. The control is very fast.
